Sewer Line Replacement in Cincinnati & Surrounding Areas
Full sewer line replacement is the complete excavation and removal of an entire sewer lateral from the home's foundation to the street connection, replacing it with new schedule 35 or 40 PVC pipe installed at proper grade, bedded in crushed stone, and connected with a new MSD-permitted sewer tap. Unlike spot repair (one section) or CIPP lining (rehabilitation within the existing pipe), full replacement is performed when the existing pipe is beyond rehabilitation β collapsed, severely bellied, or composed of material (orangeburg, heavily corroded cast iron) that cannot be effectively lined.
