They did a full inspection and discovered another cut in the main line that was due to a utility contractor’s mistake. The location of the damage was marked by flags and depths, the location was precise and I was able to find and repair the damage thanks to their expertise. After heavy rain we received October 29/30 and November 12, before the work was done I would have expected to have standing water in the back yard. The care taken to insure underground utilities will not be damaged is also beyond expectations. The same care has been demonstrated to avoid damage to landscaping. They were able to schedule us relatively quickly (non-emergency) and were on time and reliable! They were quick and helpful with cleaning the drains out and explaining how to prevent the same problem in the future. They even swung back to us at the end of the day after leaving because we accidentally broke a piece they had given us. We will certainly call them first for future needs!"

Others were either non responsive, had unreasonable solutions, or just had no clue what they were doing. Our formerly flooded front walk is now dry as a bone. They are honest, family owned, experienced, and do impeccable work. They are very busy because they are the best. We called several companies to fix a possible main sewer line collapse who either provided outrageous quotes or refused to do the work bc our street was "too busy." Tischbein came out immediately, assessed the situation and put us on the schedule!"

"I recently was referred to Tischbein from a relative. I had a clogged drain and it flooded my basement. I sub pumped all the water out before Tischbein showed up. Good thing about Tischbein first: they showed up on time and were the ones that could get to my house first and they did get the job done. Bad things: I was originally suggested to use a water jet system by an expert aka salesman which would “definitely” unclog the drain. That would have ran 500 or so dollars I was told. I said let’s just try the snake and see if the lines broken first. Sure enough it was, the line busted. He did get it unclogged. However, when I received the invoice it was for 579 dollars! I’ve spoken to two reputable companies and my friend who works for a reputable company, I gave them all the details of how far the clog was out from the house and the most I would have paid at said companies was 275 dollars. I do take responsibility of not getting a price first before they came out. I highly recommend if you do use this service to get some kind of bottom and top line dollar. If Tischbein doesn’t work I’ve had a lot of luck with Thomas and Galbraith. They are straight to the point and don’t come off as salesmen. Good luck!"

The peace of mind that all my drains are clean is worth every penny. Just two guys with a truck that do an awesome job. dhildebrandt LONG VERSION Phil and Brent came to my house to check a thoroughly clogged main sewage line under my basement. The used a camera to check out all my lines through two different clean outs. Ran the camera all the way out to my yard and then all the way to the street. Recorded all the footage and gave me a VHS. Then used a water jet machine and auger to clean out all my lines out to. Double checked their work with the camera, then cleaned them out to meet their high standards. Cleaned up the entire mess themselves...even had bleach on their truck to mop up my floors. dhildebrandt"
